Stephen C. Sherrill, was an officer of CVC from 1983 through 1994. Previously, he was an associate at the New York law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. He earned his BA at Yale University and his JD at Columbia Law School. Mr. Sherrill is a member of the investment committee.
He is currently Chairman of the Board of B&G Foods, Inc., and a director of Gamo Outdoor, SL and Daisy Manufacturing Co.

He received his AB from Harvard College and his JD from Harvard Law School. Mr. Bruckmann is a member of the investment committee.

From 1988 to 1995, he served as Vice President and then Managing Director of The INVUS Group, Ltd., a private equity investment firm. Prior to that, Mr. Baldwin was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group, a strategy consulting firm.
Mr. Baldwin received a BBA from Siena College and his MBA from The Harvard Business School.
Mr. Baldwin is a member of the investment committee.
