Stephen C. Sherrill, was an officer of CVC from 1983 through 1994.  Previously, he was an associate at the New York law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.He earned his BA at Yale University and his JD at Columbia Law School.Mr. Sherrill is a member of the investment committee.
He is currently Chairman of the Board of B&G Foods, Inc., and a director of Royal Robbins, Inc., Gamo Outdoor, SL, Evolv Sports & Design, LLC, New Archery Products Corp., and Daisy Manufacturing Co.

He received his AB from Harvard College and his JD from Harvard Law School.  Mr. Bruckmann is a member of the investment committee.

Thomas J. Baldwin, joined BRS in 2000, after working with BRS on several investment opportunities and serving for BRS on the Board of Directors of B&G Foods since 1998.From 1988 to 1995, he served as Vice President and then Managing Director of The INVUS Group, Ltd., a private equity investment firm.  Prior to that, Mr. Baldwin was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group, a strategy consulting firm.

Mr. Baldwin received a BBA from Siena College and his MBA from The Harvard Business School.

Rashad Rahman, joined BRS in 2003.  Previously, he was an Analyst at DB Capital Partners and in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mr. Rahman has a degree in Economics and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Tory Rooney, joined BRS in 2007.  Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Wachovia Capital Markets L.L.C.Mr. Rooney has a degree in Business Administration from Goizueta Business School of Emory University.

Duwain Robinson, joined BRS in 2011.Previously he worked as a Manager in the Asset Management practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Mr. Robinson is a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). Mr. Robinson holds an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School of Heriot Watt University.

Oren Yerushalmi, joined BRS in 2011.  Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Wells Fargo Securities.

Mr. Yerushalmi received his degree in Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
