Frank D. Scrudato, Vice President, joined BRS in 2005. Previously, he was a Director in the Transaction Services practice of KPMG and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Scrudato also worked as the Director of Corporate Development for the Asbury Automotive Group. Mr. Scrudato received his B.S. from Rutgers University.

Rashad Rahman, Vice President, joined BRS in 2003. Previously, he worked at DB Capital Partners and in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Rahman has a degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Rahman is a director of EZ Lube, L.L.C.
