Managing Directors

 

Bruce C. Bruckmann is a founder and Managing Director of BRS. Previously, he was an officer of CVC from 1983 through 1994. Prior to joining CVC, Mr. Bruckmann was an associate at the New York law firm of Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler. He received his AB from Harvard College and his JD from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Bruckmann is a director of Mohawk Industries, Inc., Town Sports International, Inc., MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc., H&E Equipment Services, Inc., Levtran Enterprises, Inc., Heritage Crystal-Clean, L.L.C., and EZ Lube, L.L.C.


Harold O. Rosser is a founder and Managing Director of BRS. Previously, he was an officer of CVC from 1987 through 1994. Prior to joining CVC, he spent 12 years with Citicorp/Citibank in various management and corporate finance positions. Mr. Rosser earned his BS from Clarkson University and attended Management Development Programs at Carnegie-Mellon University and the Stanford University Business School.

Mr. Rosser is a director of Il Fornaio (America) Corporation, Wilson Farms, Inc., The Marshall Retail Group, L.L.C., Bravo Development, Inc., and Logan’s Roadhouse, Inc.

 


 

Stephen C. Sherrill is a founder and Managing Director of BRS. Previously, he was an officer of CVC from 1983 through 1994. Prior to joining CVC, he was an associate at the New York law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. He earned his BA at Yale University and his JD at Columbia Law School.

Mr. Sherrill is a director of B&G Foods, Inc., HealthPlus Corporation, Seroyal, Inc., Airxcel Holdings, Inc., and Lazy Days' RV Center, Inc.


Thomas J. Baldwin joined BRS as a Managing Director in 2000. From 1988 to 1995, he served as Vice President and then Managing Director of The INVUS Group, Ltd., a private equity investment firm. Prior to that he was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, a strategy consulting firm. Mr. Baldwin received a BBA from Siena College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Baldwin is a director of Eurofresh, Inc., The Sheridan Group, Inc., Lazy Days' RV Center, Inc., Totes Isotoner Corporation, and Things Remembered, Inc.

 


 

Paul D. Kaminski, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, joined BRS at its inception in 1995. From 1984 to 1995, Mr. Kaminski worked in Coopers & Lybrand's Acquisition Advisory Services practice in the Detroit, London and New York offices. Mr. Kaminski received his degree from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Kaminski is a founding board member of the Private Equity CFO Association of New York.
