Tiffany Chen, Associate, joined BRS in 2006. Previously, she worked in the Investment Banking division of Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. Ms. Chen received her B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce.

Tory Rooney, Associate, joined BRS in 2007. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Wachovia Capital Markets L.L.C. Mr. Rooney has a degree in Business Administration from Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
